Hello friends, It’s been a minute since I’ve sent out a newsletter. March was a busy month of events, in early April I went on retreat with my friends at Living Tea then spent the 2nd half of the month laying low. And after a busy start to May, last night I wrapped up a few days in Ojai steeping myself in the practice of Cha Dao and being with tea community. A couple weeks ago, my friend Linda and I sat for tea and she shared that she recently cut the cord with social media. It inspired me to take a much needed break (indefinitely) from it myself. Will distance make the heart grow fonder? So far, not so. With my newfound time, I wrote this blog post about my thoughts on social and wellness work (it’s a 5-7 minute read). Maybe it’ll inspire you to evaluate your own relationship with social media. Also, it is not lost on me that I published the post at 11:11am! That was not planned.
