Sound + The Frequency of Love
With guided meditation, crystal alchemy bowls, and percussion instruments Linda Ong and Joycie Weatherby will lead you through a sound experience to help you to drop-in and relax - creating a space of rest and receptivity. The focus of this soundbath is LOVE - connecting to the highest frequency, cultivating that feeling within, and visualizing it shifting the space all around us. The whole experience is about 90 minutes.
