November 2023

Hello friends,

So much collective grief happening - it can be hard to navigate. At least that’s been my recent experience. Challenging times can test optimism and cast doubt on our spiritual and wellness practices.

The prompts I keep coming back to are:

Focus on what I CAN do which is in my control.
What do I need right now?

The answers look different from day-to-day, moment-to-moment. Life is not a set-it-and-forget-it experience. Our daily routines can use a reassessment every once in awhile, even more so when we are feeling adrift. <3
