March 2022

Hello friends -

They say that March roars in like a lion and meanders out like a lamb, and I feel like that’s so true for me. Anyone else?

Linda and I hosted our open house for Té Tārā on February 20. Thank you to everyone who came! The Té Tārā schedule for March is up on the site and all our class offerings are by-donation for the month.

On March 12, I’m launching my Crystalline Core Healing level 1 course with KIN Unified Healing. It will be a reverse classroom format: pre-recorded lecture and in-person/virtual meet ups.

I’m doing some work on my website, so it’s pared back at the moment. If you’d like to book a session with me, book one through Té Tārā and we can adjust the location as needed.

3/18: FULL MOON SOUNDBATH + TEA SIT at MUSE HOUSE RETREAT - STUDIO CITY

A full moon illuminates opportunities to shed and align our inner compass with growth for our highest and greatest good.

Sound and silence lead by Linda Ong and Joycie Weatherby. You’ll enter a state of rest through the sounds of crystal alchemy bowls and the Moon gong. Upon waking, we’ll gather in quiet for a tea sit before opening up the circle to connect and share.

3/20: SPRING EQUINOX SOUNDBATH at ONE DOWN DOG - ECHO PARK

This place is my yoga home. I got my 200 hr YTT and Yoga Nidra certifications here so it’s so special that I get to offer 1:1 sessions and sound/meditation offerings here.

With the Spring Equinox we return to a balance of day and night. The northern hemisphere tilts toward the sun, and with that, awakens a new season of rebirth, expansion, and fruitful creativity. Using crystal alchemy bowls, percussion instruments, and Spring as their inspiration, Linda Ong and Joycie Weatherby will create a sound and meditation experience to help you enter a state of relaxation and renewal.

3/25: YOGA NIDRA at BEST FRIEND CENTRAL - BURBANK

Meeting Carrie Diaz was fate. I was actually having trouble finding the owner of the shop next door and needed to pick up an order. Puzzled, I walked in to Carrie’s shop Best Friend Central (a well edited and vibrant vintage shop) to see if she had any clues. While I was there, we got to talking about her shop, her vision to fuse wellness + personal style, and her monthly community events.

I’m happy to share Yoga Nidra to my local community. Let’s get cozy and journey past the subconscious state to access our innermost radiance!
