What happens in a Reiki session?

Our session includes time to discuss your intention and physical and/or energetic areas of focus and post-session discussion.

During a Reiki session, I use a combination of Usui Shiki Ryoho and Holy Fire III Reiki traditions.

Every session is different and based on client needs. Sessions may include an aura clearing, etheric cord cutting, optimizing lymphatic system flow, and/or messages from Spirit.

During treatment, you’ll be fully clothed, lying down on a massage table. You’ll be guided through a meditation and I’ll also direct the flow of energy through hand placements (light touch or hands hovering above you).

Clients often feel relaxed, refreshed and re-energized after a session.

In addition to my certification as a Master Teacher in both traditions, I’m also certified in Oncology Reiki.
